Zanette Lowe
Zanette obtained her B Physiotherapy degree Cum Laude in 1994 at the
University of Pretoria. She worked at Johannesburg General Hospital with
Prof Guy Richards and Dr Mervin Mer. She was actively involved in
research studies in the area of respiratory and infectious disease
management.
Zanette was the head of the physiotherapy unit and she
tutored the WITS physiotherapy students in the respiratory ICU.
In
1997, Zanette started her private practice in Randfontein, West Rand.
The practice involved hospital based rehabilitation as well as out
patients. In 2010 Zanette relocated to Bloemfontein where she lectured
at the University of the Free State’s Department of Physiotherapy from
2012 to 2014. She turored the students in the burns unit. Zanette
obtained her Masters Degree from the University of the Free State with a
special interest in Community Health Care.
Zanette joined our team in
2017 and practices in the areas of out-patient care, sports injuries,
dry-needling, neuro-muscular pathology and domicilliary visitations.
